Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ivek-Corporation DS8-AA-PLC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eurotherm-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ite product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm-Drives such as the EPOWERPWR50A600VXXXXXXXXXXXXXX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ILD1800100LASER manufactured by Micro-Epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HP3S160 by Manufacturer Ite as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rexroth Brand MAC063C0MS3C095B1S001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Etamic such as L90206 equipment made by Etamic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Etamic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Etamic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HL2IMA16C made by Square-D as well as the popular M1010BTCOSEIS original spares produced by Metra-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J2257NTJ053 by Ge-Drive and L90206 spares by Etamic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ID15H207W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
